Jesus loves you

Jesus loves you and died for you. There is no greater love than this. So you can be in Heaven and not go to Hell. Please note Heaven and Hell is real.  "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life". John 3:16

You are precious and Time is running out, you may not be alive to see tomorrow. Decide now and surrender your life to Jesus, the Saviour of all mankind.

Don't be a fool

"The fool has said in his heart, there is no God,- - -." Psalm 14:1, Psalm 53:1.     Do you also ask this question: "Is there really a God?" Maybe you believe the saying, "out of sight, out of mind." Since we can't see God we forget about God. But how can we forget about God when all around us there are reminders of the fact that God exist.

Rom 1:19-22  "They know everything that can be known about God, because God has shown it all to them. God's eternal power and character cannot be seen. But from the beginning of creation, God has shown what these are like by all he has made. That's why those people don't have any excuse. They know about God, but they don't honor him or even thank him. Their thoughts are useless, and their stupid minds are in the dark. They claim to be wise, but they are fools."

Do you ask these questions?

1. Why will God send anyone to Hell?

God desires every person to be saved. God has given every person a free will to make their own choices in this life.

The following verses shows us that God does not want anyone to perish. He will not make or force anyone to accept Him and His Son;

(a)“… God our Saviour (who) desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 2:4)

(b)“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

(c)“For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For WHOEVER calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:12)

2. Is Jesus Christ the Only Way to God and Heaven?

There are various religions, beliefs and practices, which claim to lead man to God or provide lasting happiness. But the following verses and others confirm that Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father and to Heaven.

(a)Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

(b)“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

3. If I am a Good Person and Very Charitable Will I go to Heaven?

We are saved by grace through faith and not what we do. Your good deeds or charitable works without Jesus will not give you eternal salvation. The gift of eternal salvation is a free gift given by God to all those who will believe on Jesus and what His death on the cross really means for all of us.

(a)“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8)

(b)“… knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ … for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” (Galatians 2:16)

None of our fleshly works, no matter how good we think they may be, will ever be good enough to get us into heaven or back into the good graces of our Lord and Saviour.

"Then Jesus said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." Luke 12:15. "For what shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" Mark 8:36

How Do I Become Saved?

4. How Do I Become Saved and Receive the Gift of Eternal Life?

Because God loves you, He has invited you to enjoy eternal life with him in Heaven. Jesus made a way to accept God's invitation, and He did it just for you.

Accept God's invitation by believing that Jesus received the punishment for your sin by his death on the cross. This acceptance of Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour must be confessed out loud before God the Father. It does not have to be done in a church. This can happen to anyone at any time at any place. It can be done in the privacy of one’s own bedroom. Here are three specific verses showing all of the above points.
(a)“REPENT therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.” (Acts 3:19)

(b)“If we CONFESS OUR SINS, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

(c)“… if you CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH the Lord Jesus and BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.” (Romans 10:9)
Now, you can confess that you have sinned and ask His forgiveness. Invite Him into your life and ask for God's help to turn from your sin. You can pray something like this:

“Dear God, I admit that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. Thank You for sending Jesus to suffer punishment deserved for my sin. Please come into my life and help me live a life that pleases You. Amen.”

Jesus said: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed." Luke 4:18.

So what’s next?

5. The Gift of Salvation Now Makes Us Righteous Before God the Father. Once you become saved and born again by accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, the Bible says that we are now made perfectly righteous before the eyes of God. The righteousness of Jesus has now been imputed to us. This means that we are now free to approach the throne of God for intimate prayer and communication, and when we die, we will all go straight to heaven.

Here are two very powerful verses showing us that we have now all been made perfectly righteous and perfectly justified before God the Father as a result of Jesus dying on the cross for all of our sins.
(a)“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21)

(b)“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.” (Romans 5:8)
Even though we will continue to commit sin from time to time, God will always forgive us as long as we properly confess each sin when it does happen.

As a fish cannot survive without water, so a Christian cannot survive outside the church. Please find a good Bible believing church to attend regularly.
